Development of new lead-free crystalline glass

In order to prevent the impact of traditional lead-containing crystalline glass on human health and environmental pollution, the developed lead-free crystalline glass often USES BaO as the main ingredient to replace PbO.But the quality of the resulting glass is prone to deviation.To meet the requirements of new lead-free glass meeting the basic properties of crystalline glass and the current melting production conditions of the factory, this paper tries to use a new type of lead-free glass containing K2O, SrO, ZnO, B2O3 and Al2O3.And TiO2 and other oxides to replace the PbO composition.By using the mixing effect of glass composition, the glass made can still melt at the temperature of 1420℃, and its appearance and physicochemical properties are similar to those of traditional crystalline glass, while there will be no harm caused by the leakage of molten lead.
