There are currently four types of crystalline glass produced, the first three of which comply with the definition given in the 1969 EC directive. The fourth category is sodium sodium potassium calcium glass with a refractive index of less than 1.52.The fourth type of glass has relatively no ecological problems. However, as the "grade" of the crystal is improved, that is, the BaO is increased, especially the PbO content is increased, which makes the problem more serious.A paper published in 1991 by Graziano and blum explored the long-term problem of lead precipitating from lead crystal glass containers, ushering in a new era in the crystal glass industry, and in particular a great deal of effort has been made to reduce lead precipitating from glass.
Processing process description:
1, cutting: the whole material with a high speed saw blade saw out of the shape and size required by the blank.
2. Pressing: make the required size and shape of the finished product with the mold, and then melt the raw material at a high temperature above 900 ℃, flow into the mold and die cast it.
3. Rough polishing: it is to press the rough embryo out of the mold and grind the engraved line of the finished product directly with the diamond disc.
4, fine polishing: after coarse polishing, polishing powder to grind the finished product until crystal clear.
